kAIros is a mobile app that helps you define, track and actually reach your goals. Instead of a blank form, it uses a conversational, AI-guided approach to help you frame a goal, break it into concrete steps and set a realistic timeline — then it’s the coach that notices when you stall and nudges you back on track.
