This page explains how to delete your kAIros account and the data associated with it. kAIros is an AI goal-coaching app for Android and the web, operated by the controller below.

How to request deletion
Email inquiry@leinss.xyz from the email address associated with your kAIros account, with the subject “Delete my kAIros account”. We verify the request and permanently delete your account and its associated data within 30 days.
You can also remove the local copy of your data at any time from Settings → Clear App Data inside the app. This clears the on-device cache only; it does not delete the server-side account, so email us to remove that too.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following from our self-hosted EU (Germany) servers:
- your account, email address and authentication data;
- all goals, steps, reminders, categories, habits, check-ins and notes you created;
- accountability-partner and community-challenge records associated with your account.
Anonymous, aggregate analytics contain no personal content and are not linked to your identity, so they cannot be tied back to you; they are retained only in aggregate.
Data held by payment processors
If you purchased a subscription, purchase and receipt records are held by the app store and by our payment processors (RevenueCat, Stripe) under their own retention rules and applicable tax and accounting law. Request deletion of that data with the relevant store/processor directly, or contact us and we will forward your request.
